Your Shadow

Still that shadow is cast on my shed,
Piercing through the interwoven hatchways of consciousness.
Dismantled debris of you statue still makes a mountain height,
While Petrified infant trees keeping falling apart from the soil.
Perhaps an arid land I shall plough from tomorrow.
And by acres I shall measures its circumscribe.

  1. One morning, very early, before the sun was up,
    I rose and found the shining dew on every buttercup;
    But my lazy little shadow, like an arrant sleepy-head,
    Had stayed at home behind me and was fast asleep in bed.

    You might think it's cheeky for me to paste RL Stevenson here, but just thought these line goes perfectly well with yours! :)
